These two rats were both surrendered as part of a group, but due to various behavioral issues, had to be separated from their former cage-mates. After both underwent surgery and a recovery period, they were matched to each other precisely because of their slightly strange behaviors. As luck would have it, they clicked almost immediately. Nimbus and Smudge are two of the original 7 French boys saved from a Montreal pet store where they were about to be used as feeders. Instead, they are now living a spoiled life with their wonderful new parents and two older canine siblings. If only all ratties were so lucky to get a second chance at life!

Maple and Lex are brothers from the same litter that was abandoned outside an Ottawa pet store. These boys were lucky enough to be adopted into the same loving home together where their dad makes them cardboard mazes and spoils them with a roomy cage and many snuggles.

Walter and Viktor were surrendered by their owner who did not have the time or the funds to take care of them. As a result, Viktor is unbalanced and cannot stop circling due to an untreated inner ear infection. Their foster parents absolutely fell in love with these boys and have decided to adopt them!

The family who adopted Socrates is a true rat-loving family where everyone cares for and gives love and attention to their now 8 male rats. Blue is a senior rat who was surrendered when his owner worried that she couldn't give him the care or time he needed. He's now happy to laze about in his hammock, enjoying cuddles and pats that often come his way.

Harley & Gimli
These 2 friendly, perfectlty socialized boys are found their forever home together. They are well-behaved, liter-trained, and full of beans and youthful energy. At only 7-8 months old, they are almost full-grown and are going to be hefty cuddle bugs once they reach their full size. Their two other brothers have also been adopted. Yay for lifelong snuggles and cuddles!
