Meet brothers Peregrin, Meriadoc & Bilbo who were born Dec. 30, 2019 and are now looking for that perfect forever home.
These babies were born at the Rescue and have been handled since day one. They are extremely friendly and sociable.
Since they are still so young, whoever adopts them must be willing to invest in a large cage, a lot of time and love to continuing raising these boys as brave, friendly and healthy rats.
Little Bilbo, who was the runt of the litter, seems to have a large bald spot due to one of his brothers barbing him. Although it may look a little strange, this doesn’t actually harm the rat being barbered and little Bilbo certainly doesn’t seem to notice. We’re still not sure which of his brothers exactly keeps doing this to him, but so far, there have been nothing but snuggles and brotherly affection between them.
