Reba & Dolly were abandoned at the SPCA in Gatineau in mid 2019. Both girls are in their senior year and were left at the shelter with visible mammary tumors and respiratory infections. Unfortunately, the shelter was unable to provide these girls with the veterinary care and surgery they required and so reach out to us for help.
Reba & Dolly are now with one of our permanent foster homes where they will live out the rest of their lives (whether that be 6 months or 12 months, or more).
Reba had surgery to remove her tumor on May 9th. She is recovering very well!
Dolly will tentatively be having her surgery May 29th. Unfortunately, on top of her respiratory infection, Dolly is now also showing symptoms of Pituitary Tumor.
– Cost of Reba’s tumor removal was about $300.
– Cost of Dolly’s antibiotics is about $40 per month
– Cost of Dolly’s Cabergonline (Pituitary Tumor treatment) is about $70 per month.
